There is a lot more to staying active than just the gym. While at off-campus, take advantage of free fitness classes and online personal training.

MUV: free online fitness classes

Take advantage of free online fitness classes with your peers, seven days a week. Instructed by trained professionals, these 30-60 minute sessions offered through Zoom video conferencing never fail to get the heart pumping – even from the privacy of your own home. Including everything from calisthenics and cardio to yoga and strength training, the workouts are meant to welcome participants of all experience levels.

Note: For the safety and security of our York Lions community, MUV online fitness classes will be monitored by a staff member for the first 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the class moderator will lock the session to new participants. Don't be late!

Tait McKenzie online personal training

Our Campus Recreation staff members are all certified personal trainers that now offer online fitness sessions through Zoom. Choose from "Fitness Starter," “One-On-One Personal Training” and “Semi-Private Training” to find a workout that best aligns with your needs. Several pricing packages are available – allowing members of the York community to choose a training regimen based on their personal goals and availability.
